Aging doesn’t have to mean slowing down—if you give your body the right support.

Mitopure, the revolutionary Urolithin A supplement from Timeline.  I discovered Mitopure a few years ago, and have made it part of my regular routine.

As we age, our cells build up damage and their ability to create energy drops. Mitopure fights back against the forces of time, restoring your energy at the source by igniting mitophagy— your body’s natural anti-aging pathway.

A clinically validated solution, Mitopure is backed by over 15 years of robust scientific research.

Boost your cellular energy, and enhance muscle strength and endurance—all without changing your diet or exercise routine.

Learn how you can do the same—and save 10% with code HOFFMAN.

Our health freedom is in danger!

With nearly a million members, the Alliance for Natural Health is the largest organization in the US and abroad working to protect your right to utilize safe, effective, and inexpensive healing therapies. If it weren’t for ANH, many of the modalities I talk about on Intelligent Medicine would be under threat by government regulators at the behest of Big Food, BigAg, Big Pharma, the medical establishment, and the chemical industry.

I became a board member of ANH 20 years ago because it mirrored my personal commitment to preserving access to natural health choices. I now serve as Medical Director and President.

Championing Personalized Nutrition

America is facing an unprecedented crisis. Our productivity, national security, and fiscal solvency are being undermined by epidemics of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, GI illnesses, and autoimmunity. Poor nutrition is at the root of many of these problems. Yet few healthcare professionals have the knowledge and experience to stem the tide of diet-related diseases.

The American Nutrition Association, is at the vanguard of the fight to put nutrition front and center within US healthcare.  As Chair of the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists, I’m part of an effort to train CNS candidates to effect positive change.
