Pan fried tilapia

Serves 4

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or ghee

  1. Rub fish with lemon juice and salt then rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Mix salt and pepper in small bowl and rub onto fish.
  3. In large pan, heat oil or ghee on medium flame. Pan fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
