February 20, 2024
As current President of the Alliance for Natural Health (ANH-USA.org), Dr. Hoffman speaks to Rob Verkerk, Executive Director of ANH, about safeguarding our access to balanced health information and products and health modalities of our choice. We face an unprecedented threat as overzealous regulators seek to limit our options under the guise of suppressing “misinformation”. ANH’s mandate is to stand up for consumers’ right to clean environment, supplements and treatments; often, we face relentless challenges from BigPharma, BigAgriculture, BigGovernment, food conglomerates, biased media and orthodox medicine. We discuss alternate wellness paradigms, and ANH’s efforts—lobbying, education, and activism. Join our empowering grassroots movement of concerned health-conscious citizens to reclaim our natural birthrights at www.anh-usa.org! Click HERE for part 2.

The Glutathione Theory of Aging, Part 1
February 14, 2024
Glutathione levels are now a recognized biomarker of aging. Boosting glutathione levels is one of the most proactive steps people can take to improve their health and achieve healthy longevity. Glutathione is a molecule that contains three amino acids and has multiple features that make it unique and important. In addition to being a versatile and powerful antioxidant with immune protective properties, glutathione plays key role in protecting us from damage from exposure to environmental toxins which can cause the premature decay or aging of cells. Dr. Ross Pelton, Director of Science & Education for Essential Formulas, details a line of products that are very effective at boosting glutathione levels, Reg’Activ. They contain a unique strain of probiotic bacteria called ME-3 that synthesizes glutathione. Results from human clinical trials show that people taking one of the ME-3 products get a big boost in their glutathione levels and also gain significant health benefits such as reduced cardiovascular risks by lowering oxidized LDL-cholesterol, reducing production of free radicals, and boosting levels of other antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E. February 13, 2024
"Changing Children’s Lives with Hypnosis: A Journey to the Center," a new book exploring how kids’ emotional and physical problems can be alleviated with hypnotherapy. The author, Ran Anbar MD, is a board-certified pediatric pulmonologist. Treating kids with asthma, he realized there was a significant emotional component to their symptoms. He has successfully treated over 7,000 children with an array of problems, including seizure disorders, phobias, headaches, irritable bowel, enuresis, and even eating disorders. Hypnotherapy can help reduce the need for sedation during surgeries, and hasten post-op recovery. It can also alleviate grief reactions. Dr. Anbar shares tips on how parents can leverage the principles of hypnotherapy at home. He dispels popular misconceptions about what hypnosis entails, and believes children are uniquely amenable to its benefits.
