Pan fried tilapia
Serves 4
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or ghee
- Rub fish with lemon juice and salt then rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towel.
- Mix salt and pepper in small bowl and rub onto fish.
- In large pan, heat oil or ghee on medium flame. Pan fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
