Core Supplements
Sleep Support: Combining a powerful blend of sleep-promoting botanicals along with L-Theanine and GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid), Sleep Support promotes relaxation and alleviates occasional sleeplessness.
(Take two at bedtime.)
Melatonin-SR: Formulated to deliver melatonin gradually over 6–8 hours to mimic natural secretion patterns, Melatonin-SR contains 2 mg of sustained-release melatonin per capsule to support normal, healthy sleep onset and maintenance.
(Take one at bedtime.)
Cortisol Manager: A known adaptogen, ashwagandha has been shown to rein in elevated cortisol. Preferably take 500 mg one or two at bedtime. (Take one to two daily, at bedtime.)
Magtein®: The form of magnesium purposed to cross the blood-brain barrier effectively, magnesium L-threonate helps encourage relaxation and restful sleep. (Take three capsules daily—one mid-afternoon, two an hour before bed.)
